REDISCOVERING MY ROOTS, I have found this! I like it! It fits! It does suit me!

The movie Zulu (1964) commemorates the defence of Rorke's Drift when 100 British soldiers withstood repeated attacks by between 3,000 and 4,000 men of the Zulu Army which had massacred over 1,000 British soldiers earlier that day.

When calling off their assault, after hours of ferocious day and night fighting, the Zulu praised their British opponents — bestowing honor on the Zulu for chivalry.

Unfortunately, Zulu chivalry was not reciprocated by the British commanders. They launched a second reinforced invasion of Zululand, defeated the Zulu Army, destroyed the kingdom, arrested the king and imprisoned him on Robin Island. Rather shameful, I think. The king was defended, rescued and returned to his home by the Anglican Bishop.

I recommend this film!
