As people go about their daily lives, they worry about trivia. A few people direct their attention to "big issues," like "Climate Change", "Abortion", "Right to Die" and "Right to Work". Most only care about keeping their job and getting a better job. PCR asks a question about which everyone should be concerned. They aren't. They go about their business. Bewilderment will come at the moment our world comes to an end, their world, my world, your world. -ed

On April 26—16 days ago—Lt. Gen. Viktor Poznihir, Deputy Chief of the Main Operations Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces, stated at the Moscow International Security Conference that the Operations Command of the Russian General Staff has concluded that Washington is preparing a nuclear first strike on Russia.
