Organizations

© MMXI v.1.0.6
by Morley Evans

ORGANIZATIONS HAVE A LIFE OF THEIR OWN.

Organizations live and die like biological organisms. People are to organizations what cells are to organisms. Organizations live when income exceeds outgo. Organizations die when outgo exceeds income. Organizations serve a purpose. They do something people want them to do. They are based upon an idea (usually one). When people no longer buy what the organization sells, the organization goes out of business.

Because organizations act as if they are controlled by someone unseen, someone who apparently controls the people who are nominally running the organization, one might conclude that someone "behind the curtain" is really running things. And there might be someone "behind the curtain." There probably is someone behind the curtain. Secret societies and secret governments do exist. No one can deny that the average person in any democracy has less influence than the most powerful, yet each person has a vote.

However, the interests of the organization can exceed the interests of even the most powerful individuals. The most powerful may come and go, even those behind the curtain, but the organization can live on, generation after generation. This can suggest that someone, or something, is controlling everything. What is this phantom controller? It is the reality that organizations have lives of their own.

Adam Smith called this phenomenon, as it relates to the marketplace, the invisible hand. Organizations are part of this, but they are more.

Organizations have their own personalities and cultures that are created by the people who contribute to the organizations while the organizations contribute to the individuals themselves. Organizations are as crudely represented by the "organization chart" as families are represented by their "family tree" and countries are described by the "civics class".  These are helpful, but insufficient explanations.

Duchess of Cambridge shakes hands greeting the crowd in Canada Photo: AP

Currently, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are touring Canada on their honeymoon. It is vitally important that Canadians love them and support the monarchy and the State. Otherwise, both the monarchy and the State are out of business. The British monarchy is one of the world's longest-lasting institutions, stretching back into the past over a thousand years. The monarchy has a life of its own. The current job of the so-called Royals is to be popular. They must be always running for office. Kate Middleton, who has become the Duchess of Cambridge with her marriage to Prince William one day will become the Queen of England. She is an excellent example of an individual being moulded by an institution. Queen Elizabeth II is an even better example. They each also contribute to the organizations of the monarchy and the State they represent.

Louis XIV could say "l'etat, c'est moi" whereas Louis XVI could not. Force alone cannot sustain an institution as Muammar Gaddafi is currently learning. Power and popularity go hand-in-glove (or mailed fist). Behind the smiles and warm feelings many Canadians have for the monarchy is the real business of the State and the monarchy which is bombing the shit out of wogs. Prince Harry, Prince William's younger brother, will be returning to Afghanistan to engage again in the family business.

Empire

© MMXI v.1.0.2
by Morley Evans

COMMENT on this article:

The United States has always been an empire with ambitions to rule the world. There has always been tension between those who sincerely opposed empire (like Madison) and those who professed anti-imperialism while they worked to create empire (like Jefferson). George Washington revealed his true disposition to liberty when he personally led the troops to crush the whiskey rebellion: Americans, Washington believed, exist to pay their taxes, fight and die for the empire and support Washington, whose spirit survives today in the city that bears his name. Every President has supported Empire: Andrew Jackson, Polk, TR, Wilson, FDR, Truman, Bush I and Bush II, Clinton and Obama served and serve the Empire first and last. Let's not forget Lincoln, the Great Emancipator. The leaders of the South were not different. Those who love liberty can only hope that financial ruin will put an end to this soon. America supports the common people, democracy, minorities, women, human rights, the environment, and freedom, but America is actually "freeing the world to death." Don't be fooled. Empire means slavery, for you.

QUESTION:
If Madison sincerely opposed empire, why did he start the War of 1812, the main purpose of which was to grab Canada? I'm not sure any of our presidents were truly anti-imperiallists.

ANSWER:
Very true. All U.S. Presidents have worked to expand the U.S. empire, even Madison, who worked hard to see that the government would be constrained. Madison was Jefferson's partner and friend too. Madison helped with the Louisiana Purchase. The Empire has developed inexorably year-by-year, administration-by-administration. Like all organizations, the Empire has a life of its own. Organizations, like the people who work for them, die when outgo exceeds income. That happens when insufficient numbers want what they do. People stop buying what they are selling. That is what happened to the Soviet Union and to Rome too.
Warburg? Rothschild? Jews? While it is true that some Jews have had a prominent, though often hidden, hand in the Empire That Would Own and Rule Everything, they didn't invent the idea or the British Empire or the American Empire. They didn't invent banking and international finance, sneaky dirty dealing or war either. Fiends have only the power ordinary people give them. Just Say No. Don't enlist. Boycott their propaganda. Don't believe what they tell you. Think. Tell them to go to Hell.

ONE MORE THOUGHT:
Everything beyond Washington, DC, is Washington's empire. Americans and the 50 States are merely the original colonial subjects and colonies of the empire. Americans believe the United States is theirs. The United States, however, is owned by the people who have the power in Washington. The Civil War settled that once and for all. The United States is no different than any other empire.

Depraved HYPERCHOLESTEROLMANIA

© MMXI v.1.2.3
by Morley Evans

The pharmaceutical industry certainly does defend itself well. The anti-cholesterol campaign has been the most profitable pharmaceutical scheme ever. Dietary habits world-wide have been changed along with food production. Big Pharma has raked in zillions. Doctors, like Malcolm Kendrick, have little chance against the tsunami of money that floods the media and buys everyone off.

Your mention of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and myalgic encephalomyelitis reminds me of the early years of my eighteen-year-long Depraved HYPERCHOLESTEROLMANIA odyssey. My pain and other problems were a big mystery to my doctor (John N. Alport) who prescribed Zocor® to lower my cholesterol and to the pharmacist (Dean Ast) and his helpers who sold everything to me for years. My misery was certainly a mystery to me.

But my condition would have been no mystery to anyone who read the product monographs that come with Zocor® (Simvastatin), or with Mevacor® (Lovastatin) its predecessor. Physicians are instructed by Merck to immediately discontinue Zocor® "therapy" if a patient reports pain. Patients are advised by Merck that they should not discontinue Zocor® themselves because, "ONLY YOUR DOCTOR HAS THE TRAINING TO WEIGH THE RISKS AND BENEFITS OF A PRESCRIPTION DRUG FOR YOU." (Doctors are trained by the pharmaceutical companies. On top of that, Statin Drugs cause diminished cognition so a patient's mind is impaired by the drug while it destroys his body.) Pfizer has exactly the same warnings for Lipitor® (Artorvastatin) that was prescribed by Annandale when he took over from Alport. Before I started taking Zocor® in 1992, Alport told me, "There are no side effects and new benefits are being discovered all the time. Zocor® prevents Alzheimer's. Take it like a vitamin pill."

I reported EXTREME pain the first day I took Zocor® and the first day I took Lipitor®. I was in pain every day and night for eight years. I saw my doctors regularly all the years I was taking Zocor® and Lipitor®. They prescribed lots of Elavil® (Amitriptyline); Voltaren SR® (Diclofenac), Naproxen® and other NSAIDs; sleeping pills; Hydroxyzine®; Dexedrine®; Ranitidine®; Andriol® and more (!) to deal with the symptoms that were caused by the Statin Drugs they had prescribed as well as a few things that they thought I should try out. Alport also referred me to physiotherapists, a rheumatologist and a psychologist who said, "it's all in your head." My medical problems, which they created, were — and still are  — a big joke to them. This is standard medical practice in Regina, SK, Canada. I have over sixty years of experience with doctors here. This was the worst.

THEY DESTROYED MY LIFE AND NEARLY KILLED ME THIS TIME. Boohoo. . .

But I didn't die.

I discovered why I had been sick from a CBS newscast about the recall of Baycol®, fifteen months after I had come out of a coma in June 2000.

Over the past eleven years I have worked to regain my health and to find justice — meaning restitution and changes to prevent this from happening to others. My cholesterol is still through the roof (9.6 mmol/L), yet I am healthier today than I have ever been in my life, proving cholesterol does not matter. I may live another sixty years. Besides optimizing my health, I have also discovered that there is no justice in Canada, despite Canadians' well-known smugness about what a great country Canada is. Doctors and pharmaceutical companies in Canada can do anything they want with complete immunity. I think what I have learned about developing good health and about Canada itself is pretty interesting.

Unlike most other patients, I kept a detailed log of what happened to me. I know who did what and where and when it was done. If one accepts that the doctors and pharmacists were ignorant of the side effects of Statin Drugs, as they pretended, I was the victim of two double-blind clinical trials of Statin Drugs, one on Zocor® that lasted six years and one on Lipitor® that lasted four months. I have a letter from the office of the President of Merck Frosst telling me pharmaceutical companies are prevented by law from helping the people their products have harmed. You can read that letter and all about medicine in Regina and Canada on my CD, Depraved HYPERCHOLESTEROLMANIA. http://morleyevans2.com/Depraved/Depraved.html.

Perhaps no one else cares what these criminals do. Most of their victims are dead and silent, everyone else in Canada is bamboozled by their bullshit or corrupted by their lucre. But things soon will change anyway because the Canadian health care system — which is the worst in the world, because it is completely unresponsive to feedback and is firmly connected to the public trough — is collapsing around our ears. The medical parasite sucks up half of the Canadian Budget [1] and it wants more. The Canadian Medical Association, its creature, the Canadian Medical Protective Association, the Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons and the rest of the corrupt structure of Canadian health care will not be part of the new health care system that will be created when the dust settles.

What cannot go on forever does not go on forever.

Roy Romanow, the former Premier of Saskatchewan, who is a lawyer who never practiced law, continues to be paid millions to make suggestions that will improve Canadian healthcare. How nice for him. They might as well convene the coven and sacrifice a goat to their god. A pox on them. You can develop good health and enjoy long life with nutrition and exercise, if you stay away from these morons.

The Economist described the scope of the challenge:

Health spending, which is administered by the provinces, has increased from nearly 35% of their budgets in 1999 to 46% today. In Ontario, the most populous province, it is set to reach 80% by 2030, leaving pennies for everything else the government does, not counting tax increases or new federal transfers. The biggest culprit is prescription drugs, which have seen their share of public-health spending triple since 1980.

Barak Supports Syrian Democracy

© MMXI v.1.0.0
by Morley Evans

Israel supports human rights in the Arab world! Really?

Barak: Syria's Assad has lost his legitimacy
The defense minister says during press conference that Syria's embattled leader would remain very weakened if he were to remain in power.

Defense Minister Ehud Barak said on Tuesday that Syria's embattled leader Bashar Assad has "lost his legitimacy" since the Syrian regime's violent crackdown on pro-democracy protesters began.

"Even if he remains in the government for another half year he would be very weakened," Barak told journalists at a press conference during his trip to China.

Earlier on Tuesday, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman called on Assad to step down, saying that it was clear to "anyone who has seen the oppression in Syria" that Assad must resign.

Speaking at press conference following a meeting with his German counterpart, the foreign minister encouraged the European Union to remove ambassadors from Damascus in protests of the human rights violations occurring in Syria, where the government has been violently cracking down on pro-democracy protesters.

"I expect to see concrete steps taken against this regime," Lieberman said. "The European Union needs to remove ambassadors from Damascus."

"It will be a very bad message if this regime survives and continues to suppress the uprising," Lieberman said.

He said that there is no place for a military intervention in Syria. The international community has enough leverage to "put pressure on Assad to leave his position," Lieberman said, adding that this leverage should be used.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan also appealed to Assad on Tuesday to put an end to the country's violent crackdown on opponents of his regime, Turkey's semi-official Anatolia Agency reported.

Erdogan also urged Assad to implement reforms immediately during a telephone call Assad made to congratulate him on his victory in Turkey's election on Sunday.

Meanwhile in Syria on Tuesday residents said that troops using tanks and helicopters pushed towards a northern town after arresting hundreds of people in villages near Jisr al-Shughour.

More than 8,500 Syrians have sought shelter across the border in Turkey to escape Assad's latest military drive to crush protests demanding political change in a country ruled by the Assad dynasty for the last 41 years.

Avoid CANCER

© MMXI v.1.0.1
by Morley Evans

Some of this is not “new news”, but one obviously cannot be “over-informed” about cancer prevention. Standard cancer treatment — radiation, chemotherapy and surgery is a hoax. It is a gigantic industry that thrives like cancer on the money it is fed. After a century of "research" they still have no cure. People who run across the country to raise money for "research" are part of the problem. Not many years ago, cancer was uncommon. Today it is an epidemic. This should tell everyone that what we are doing is not working. "When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging."

This is an extremely good article. Everyone should read it.

AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY ('TRY', BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY .

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins:

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, but also to environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet to eat more adequately and healthy, 4-5 times/day and by including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7.. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

*CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet , Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses, but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer  cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little other meat, like chicken. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including be an sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

https://canada.juiceplus.com/nsa/content/Home.soa?site=me19491

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy cancer cells.. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells. "NOTE:  Microwave radiation from Cell Phones and other generators of electro-magnet radiation are devastating to the genome structure of the body cells.  the high frequencies of microwave radiation disentegrates the DNA molecules of the cells thus causing mutation, rapid growth and multiplication normal cells which result in cancer cells".
1. No plastic containers in micro.
2. No water bottles in freezer.
3. No plastic wrap in microwave..
4. WHY NOT AVOID MICROWAVE OVENS?

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper The dioxin problem is one of the reasons. Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

This is an article that should be sent to anyone important in your life.

Al Qaeda

© MMXI v.1.0.2
by Morley Evans

You are absolutely right, Scott A. Hill. Al Qaeda is an idea, a phantom. It was undoubtedly dreamed up by the CIA. It is a bogyman that provides an excuse to invade Muslim countries and give our heroes something to do, namely kill people and steal their stuff. Al Qaeda is used to terrorize a gullible public with ridiculous stories like some guy found wandering around Arlington Cemetery the other night. Was he trying to destroy the Pentagon, the reported asked? How would he do that? Do we want world peace? Stop attacking everyone! The troops should be brought home and decommissioned, the military industrial complex should be defunded and disbanded, and our "leaders" should be locked up in the rubber room or put in a zoo.

Cholesterol Lies and Truths

© MMXI v.1.0.4
by Morley Evans

VISIT SUE! Statins! and join the list!

My health was destroyed and I was almost killed by Zocor® and Lipitor® prescribed to lower my cholesterol between 1992 and 2000. Today, I am healthier than I have ever been and my cholesterol again is 9.6 mmol/l  = 371.2297 mg/dl. This proves what Dr. Mercola says below is true. A pox on the pharmaceutical companies and quacks who push their nostrums. They are only interested in money. $$$ They care not at all about you, or me. They lie. Most of their victims are dead, but I am living proof. So, listen up.

The Cholesterol Myth that
is Harming Your Health

Cholesterol could easily be described as the smoking gun of the last two decades.

It"s been responsible for demonizing entire categories of foods (like eggs and saturated fats) and blamed for just about every case of heart disease in the last 20 years.

Yet when I first opened my medical practice in the mid 80s, cholesterol, and the fear that yours was too high was rarely talked about.

Somewhere along the way however, cholesterol became a household word -- something that you must keep as low as possible, or suffer the consequences.

You are probably aware that there are many myths that portray fat and cholesterol as one of the worst foods you can consume. Please understand that these myths are actually harming your health.

Not only is cholesterol most likely not going to destroy your health (as you have been led to believe), but it is also not the cause of heart disease.

And for those of you taking cholesterol-lowering drugs, the information that follows could not have been given to you fast enough. But before I delve into this life-changing information, let"s get some basics down first.

What is Cholesterol, and Why Do You Need It?

That"s right, you do need cholesterol.

This soft, waxy substance is found not only in your bloodstream, but also in every cell in your body, where it helps to produce cell membranes, hormones, vitamin D and bile acids that help you to digest fat. Cholesterol also helps in the formation of your memories and is vital for neurological function.

Your liver makes about 75 percent of your body"s cholesterol,[i] and according to conventional medicine, there are two types:

High-density lipoprotein, or HDL: This is the "good" cholesterol that helps to keep cholesterol away from your arteries and remove any excess from arterial plaque, which may help to prevent heart disease.
Low-density lipoprotein, or LDL: This "bad" cholesterol circulates in your blood and, according to conventional thinking, may build up in your arteries, forming plaque that makes your arteries narrow and less flexible (a condition called atherosclerosis). If a clot forms in one of these narrowed arteries leading to your heart or brain, a heart attack or stroke may result.
Also making up your total cholesterol count are:

Triglycerides: Elevated levels of this dangerous fat have been linked to heart disease and diabetes. Triglyceride levels are known to rise from eating too many grains and sugars, being physically inactive, smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol excessively and being overweight or obese.
Lipoprotein (a), or Lp(a): Lp(a) is a substance that is made up of an LDL "bad cholesterol" part plus a protein (apoprotein a). Elevated Lp(a) levels are a very strong risk factor for heart disease. This has been well established, yet very few physicians check for it in their patients.
Understand this:

Your Total Cholesterol Level is NOT a Great Indicator of Your Heart Disease Risk

Health officials in the United States urge everyone over the age of 20 to have their cholesterol tested once every five years. Part of this test is your total cholesterol, or the sum of your blood"s cholesterol content, including HDL, LDLs, and VLDLs..

The American Heart Association recommends that your total cholesterol is less than 200 mg/dL, but what they do not tell you is that total cholesterol level is just about worthless in determining your risk for heart disease, unless it is above 330.

In addition, the AHA updated their guidelines in 2004, lowering the recommended level of LDL cholesterol from 130 to LDL to less than 100, or even less than 70 for patients at very high risk.

In order to achieve these outrageous and dangerously low targets, you typically need to take multiple cholesterol-lowering drugs. So the guidelines instantly increased the market for these dangerous drugs. Now, with testing children"s cholesterol levels, they"re increasing their market even more.

I have seen a number of people with total cholesterol levels over 250 who actually were at low heart disease risk due to their HDL levels. Conversely, I have seen even more who had cholesterol levels under 200 that were at a very high risk of heart disease based on the following additional tests:

HDL/Cholesterol ratio
Triglyceride/HDL ratios
HDL percentage is a very potent heart disease risk factor. Just divide your HDL level by your cholesterol. That percentage should ideally be above 24 percent.

You can also do the same thing with your triglycerides and HDL ratio. That percentage should be below 2.

Keep in mind, however, that these are still simply guidelines, and there"s a lot more that goes into your risk of heart disease than any one of these numbers. In fact, it was only after word got out that total cholesterol is a poor predictor of heart disease that HDL and LDL cholesterol were brought into the picture.

They give you a closer idea of what"s going on, but they still do not show you everything.

Cholesterol is Neither "Good" Nor "Bad"

Now that we"ve defined good and bad cholesterol, it has to be said that there is actually only one type of cholesterol. Ron Rosedale, MD, who is widely considered to be one of the leading anti-aging doctor in the United States, does an excellent job of explaining this concept:[ii]

"Notice please that LDL and HDL are lipoproteins -- fats combined with proteins. There is only one cholesterol. There is no such thing as "good" or "bad" cholesterol.

Cholesterol is just cholesterol.

It combines with other fats and proteins to be carried through the bloodstream, since fat and our watery blood do not mix very well.

Fatty substances therefore must be shuttled to and from our tissues and cells using proteins. LDL and HDL are forms of proteins and are far from being just cholesterol.

In fact we now know there are many types of these fat and protein particles. LDL particles come in many sizes and large LDL particles are not a problem. Only the so-called small dense LDL particles can potentially be a problem, because they can squeeze through the lining of the arteries and if they oxidize, otherwise known as turning rancid, they can cause damage and inflammation.

Thus, you might say that there is "good LDL" and "bad LDL."

Also, some HDL particles are better than others. Knowing just your total cholesterol tells you very little. Even knowing your LDL and HDL levels will not tell you very much."

Cholesterol is Your Friend, Not Your Enemy

Before we continue, I really would like you to get your mind around this concept.

In the United States, the idea that cholesterol is evil is very much engrained in most people"s minds. But this is a very harmful myth that needs to be put to rest right now.

"First and foremost," Dr. Rosedale points out, "cholesterol is a vital component of every cell membrane on Earth. In other words, there is no life on Earth that can live without cholesterol.

That will automatically tell you that, in and of itself, it cannot be evil. In fact, it is one of our best friends.

We would not be here without it. No wonder lowering cholesterol too much increases one"s risk of dying. Cholesterol is also a precursor to all of the steroid hormones. You cannot make estrogen, testosterone, cortisone, and a host of other vital hormones without cholesterol."

Vitamin D and Your Cholesterol

You probably are aware of the incredible influence of vitamin D on your health. If you aren"t, or need a refresher, you can visit my vitamin D page.

What most people do not realize is that the best way to obtain your vitamin D is from safe exposure to sun on your skin. The UVB rays in sunlight interact with the cholesterol on your skin and convert it to vitamin D.

Bottom line?

If your cholesterol level is too low you will not be able to use the sun to generate sufficient levels of vitamin D.

Additionally, it provides some intuitive feedback that if cholesterol were so dangerous, why would your body use it as precursor for vitamin D and virtually all of the steroid hormones in your body?

Other "evidence" that cholesterol is good for you?

Consider the role of "good" HDL cholesterol. Essentially, HDL takes cholesterol from your body"s tissues and arteries, and brings it back to your liver, where most of your cholesterol is produced. If the purpose of this was to eliminate cholesterol from your body, it would make sense that the cholesterol would be shuttled back to your kidneys or intestines so your body could remove it.

Instead, it goes back to your liver. Why?

Because your liver is going to reuse it.

"It is taking it back to your liver so that your liver can recycle it; put it back into other particles to be taken to tissues and cells that need it," Dr. Rosedale explains. "Your body is trying to make and conserve the cholesterol for the precise reason that it is so important, indeed vital, for health."

Cholesterol and Inflammation – What"s the Connection?

Inflammation has become a bit of a buzzword in the medical field because it has been linked to so many different diseases. And one of those diseases is heart disease … the same heart disease that cholesterol is often blamed for.

What am I getting at?

Well, first consider the role of inflammation in your body. In many respects, it"s a good thing as it"s your body"s natural response to invaders it perceives as threats. If you get a cut for instance, the process of inflammation is what allows you to heal.

Specifically during inflammation:

Your blood vessels constrict to keep you from bleeding to death
Your blood becomes thicker so it can clot
Your immune system sends cells and chemicals to fight viruses, bacteria and other "bad guys" that could infect the area
Cells multiply to repair the damage
Ultimately, the cut is healed and a protective scar may form over the area.

If your arteries are damaged, a very similar process occurs inside of your body, except that a "scar" in your artery is known as plaque.

This plaque, along with the thickening of your blood and constricting of your blood vessels that normally occur during the inflammatory process, can indeed increase your risk of high blood pressure and heart attacks.

Notice that cholesterol has yet to even enter the picture.

Cholesterol comes in because, in order to replace your damaged cells, it is necessary.

Remember that no cell can form without it.

So if you have damaged cells that need to be replaced, your liver will be notified to make more cholesterol and release it into your bloodstream. This is a deliberate process that takes place in order for your body to produce new, healthy cells.

It"s also possible, and quite common, for damage to occur in your body on a regular basis. In this case, you will be in a dangerous state of chronic inflammation.

The test usually used to determine if you have chronic inflammation is a C-reactive protein (CRP) blood test. CRP level is used as a marker of inflammation in your arteries.

Generally speaking:

A CRP level under 1 milligrams per liter of blood means you have a low risk for cardiovascular disease
1 to 3 milligrams means your risk is intermediate
More than 3 milligrams is high risk
Even conventional medicine is warming up to the idea that chronic inflammation can trigger heart attacks. But they stop short of seeing the big picture.

In the eyes of conventional medicine, when they see increased cholesterol circulating in your bloodstream, they conclude that it -- not the underlying damage to your arteries -- is the cause of heart attacks.

Which brings me to my next point.

The Insanity of Lowering Cholesterol

Sally Fallon, the president of the Weston A. Price Foundation, and Mary Enig, Ph.D, an expert in lipid biochemistry, have gone so far as to call high cholesterol "an invented disease, a "problem" that emerged when health professionals learned how to measure cholesterol levels in the blood."[iii]

And this explanation is spot on.

If you have increased levels of cholesterol, it is at least in part because of increased inflammation in your body. The cholesterol is there to do a job: help your body to heal and repair.

Conventional medicine misses the boat entirely when they dangerously recommend that lowering cholesterol with drugs is the way to reduce your risk of heart attacks, because what is actually needed is to address whatever is causing your body damage -- and leading to increased inflammation and then increased cholesterol.

As Dr. Rosedale so rightly points out:2

"If excessive damage is occurring such that it is necessary to distribute extra cholesterol through the bloodstream, it would not seem very wise to merely lower the cholesterol and forget about why it is there in the first place.

It would seem much smarter to reduce the extra need for the cholesterol -- the excessive damage that is occurring, the reason for the chronic inflammation."

I"ll discuss how to do this later in the report, but first let"s take a look at the dangers of low cholesterol -- and how it came to be that cholesterol levels needed to be so low in the first place.

If Your Cholesterol is Too Low …

All kinds of nasty things can happen to your body. Remember, every single one of your cells needs cholesterol to thrive -- including those in your brain. Perhaps this is why low cholesterol wreaks havoc on your psyche.

One large study conducted by Dutch researchers found that men with chronically low cholesterol levels showed a consistently higher risk of having depressive symptoms.[iv]

This may be because cholesterol affects the metabolism of serotonin, a substance involved in the regulation of your mood. On a similar note, Canadian researchers found that those in the lowest quarter of total cholesterol concentration had more than six times the risk of committing suicide as did those in the highest quarter.[v]

Dozens of studies also support a connection between low or lowered cholesterol levels and violent behavior, through this same pathway: lowered cholesterol levels may lead to lowered brain serotonin activity, which may, in turn, lead to increased violence and aggression.[vi]

And one meta-analysis of over 41,000 patient records found that people who take statin drugs to lower their cholesterol as much as possible may have a higher risk of cancer,[vii] while other studies have linked low cholesterol to Parkinson"s disease.

What cholesterol level is too low? Brace yourself.

Probably any level much under 150 -- an optimum would be more like 200.

Now I know what you are thinking: "But my doctor tells me my cholesterol needs to be under 200 to be healthy." Well let me enlighten you about how these cholesterol recommendations came to be. And I warn you, it is not a pretty story.

This is a significant issue. I have seen large numbers of people who have their cholesterol lowered below 150, and there is little question in my mind that it is causing far more harm than any benefit they are receiving by lowering their cholesterol this low.

Who Decided What Cholesterol Levels are Healthy or Harmful?

In 2004, the U.S. government"s National Cholesterol Education Program panel advised those at risk for heart disease to attempt to reduce their LDL cholesterol to specific, very low, levels.

Before 2004, a 130-milligram LDL cholesterol level was considered healthy. The updated guidelines, however, recommended levels of less than 100, or even less than 70 for patients at very high risk.

Keep in mind that these extremely low targets often require multiple cholesterol-lowering drugs to achieve.

Fortunately, in 2006 a review in the Annals of Internal Medicine[viii] found that there is insufficient evidence to support the target numbers outlined by the panel. The authors of the review were unable to find research providing evidence that achieving a specific LDL target level was important in and of itself, and found that the studies attempting to do so suffered from major flaws.

Several of the scientists who helped develop the guidelines even admitted that the scientific evidence supporting the less-than-70 recommendation was not very strong.

So how did these excessively low cholesterol guidelines come about?

Eight of the nine doctors on the panel that developed the new cholesterol guidelines had been making money from the drug companies that manufacture statin cholesterol-lowering drugs.[ix]

The same drugs that the new guidelines suddenly created a huge new market for in the United States.

Coincidence? I think not.

Now, despite the finding that there is absolutely NO evidence to show that lowering your LDL cholesterol to 100 or below is good for you, what do you think the American Heart Association STILL recommends?

Lowering your LDL cholesterol levels to less than 100.[x]

And to make matters worse, the standard recommendation to get to that level almost always includes one or more cholesterol-lowering drugs.

The Dangers of Cholesterol-Lowering Medications

If you are concerned about your cholesterol levels, taking a drug should be your absolute last resort. And when I say last resort, I"m saying the odds are very high, greater than 100 to 1, that you don"t need drugs to lower your cholesterol.

To put it another way, among the more than 20,000 patients who have come to my clinic, only four or five of them truly needed these drugs, as they had genetic challenges of familial hypercholesterolemia that required it..

Contrast this to what is going on in the general population. According to data from Medco Health Solutions Inc., more than half of insured Americans are taking drugs for chronic health conditions. And cholesterol-lowering medications are the second most common variety among this group, with nearly 15 percent of chronic medication users taking them (high blood pressure medications -- another vastly over-prescribed category -- were first).[xi]

Disturbingly, as written in BusinessWeek early in 2008, "Some researchers have even suggested -- half-jokingly -- that the medications should be put in the water supply."[xii]

Count yourself lucky that you probably do NOT need to take cholesterol-lowering medications, because these are some nasty little pills.

Statin drugs work by inhibiting an enzyme in your liver that"s needed to manufacture cholesterol. What is so concerning about this is that when you go tinkering around with the delicate workings of the human body, you risk throwing everything off kilter.

Case in point, "statin drugs inhibit not just the production of cholesterol, but a whole family of intermediary substances, many if not all of which have important biochemical functions in their own right," say Enig and Fallon.3

For starters, statin drugs deplete your body of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), which is beneficial to heart health and muscle function. Because doctors rarely inform people of this risk and advise them to take a CoQ10 supplement, this depletion leads to fatigue, muscle weakness, soreness, and eventually heart failure.

Muscle pain and weakness, a condition called rhabdomyolysis, is actually the most common side effect of statin drugs, which is thought to occur because statins activate the atrogin-1 gene, which plays a key role in muscle atrophy.[xiii]

By the way, muscle pain and weakness may be an indication that your body tissues are actually breaking down -- a condition that can cause kidney damage.

Statin drugs have also been linked to:

An increased risk of polyneuropathy (nerve damage that causes pain in the hands and feet and trouble walking)
Dizziness
Cognitive impairment, including memory loss[xiv]
A potential increased risk of cancer[xv]
Decreased function of the immune system[xvi]
Depression
Liver problems, including a potential increase in liver enzymes (so people taking statins must be regularly monitored for normal liver function)
And recently a possible association was found between statins and an increased risk of Lou Gehrig"s disease.[xvii]

Other cholesterol-lowering drugs besides statins also have side effects, most notably muscle pain and weakness.

IMPORTANT NOTE

If, for whatever reason, you or someone you know or love does not believe the information in this report and chooses to stay on statin drugs, then please make sure they at least take one to two Ubiquinols per day.

This will help prevent all the side effects mentioned above.

Ubiquinol is the reduced version of Coenzyme Q-10 and is far more effective if you are over 35-40 years old. It is the form of the supplement that actually works, and if you take CoQ-10 and your body can"t reduce it to uniquinol you are just fooling yourself and wasting your money.

You can visit our ubiquinol information page for more details.

Are Cholesterol Drugs Even Effective?

With all of these risks, the drugs had better be effective, right? Well, even this is questionable. At least, it depends on how you look at it.

Most cholesterol lowering drugs can effectively lower your cholesterol numbers, but are they actually making you any healthier, and do they help prevent heart disease?

Have you ever heard of the statistic known as NNT, or number needed to treat?

I didn"t think so. In fact, most doctors haven"t either. And herein lies the problem.

NNT answers the question: How many people have to take a particular drug to avoid one incidence of a medical issue (such as a heart attack)?

For example, if a drug had an NNT of 50 for heart attacks, then 50 people have to take the drug in order to prevent one heart attack.

Easy enough, right?

Well, drug companies would rather that you not focus on NNT, because when you do, you get an entirely different picture of their "miracle" drugs. Take, for instance, Pfizer"s Lipitor, which is the most prescribed cholesterol medication in the world and has been prescribed to more than 26 million Americans.[xviii]

According to Lipitor"s own Web site, Lipitor is clinically proven to lower bad cholesterol 39-60 percent, depending on the dose. Sounds fairly effective, right?

Well, BusinessWeek actually did an excellent story on this very topic earlier this year,[xix] and they found the REAL numbers right on Pfizer"s own newspaper ad for Lipitor.

Upon first glance, the ad boasts that Lipitor reduces heart attacks by 36 percent. But there is an asterisk. And when you follow the asterisk, you find the following in much smaller type:

"That means in a large clinical study, 3% of patients taking a sugar pill or placebo had a heart attack compared to 2% of patients taking Lipitor."

What this means is that for every 100 people who took the drug over 3.3 years, three people on placebos, and two people on Lipitor, had heart attacks. That means that taking Lipitor resulted in just one fewer heart attack per 100 people.

The NNT, in this case, is 100. One hundred people have to take Lipitor for more than three years to prevent one heart attack. And the other 99 people, well, they"ve just dished out hundreds of dollars and increased their risk of a multitude of side effects for nothing.

So you can see how the true effectiveness of cholesterol drugs like Lipitor is hidden behind a smokescreen.

Or in some cases, not hidden at all.

Zetia and Vytorin: No Medical Benefits

Early in 2008, it came out that Zetia, which works by inhibiting absorption of cholesterol from your intestines, and Vytorin, which is a combination of Zetia and Zocor (a statin drug), do not work.

This was discovered AFTER the drugs acquired close to 20 percent of the U.S. market for cholesterol-lowering drugs. And also after close to 1 million prescriptions for the drugs were being written each week in the United States, bringing in close to $4 billion in 2007.[xx]

It was only after the results of a trial by the drugs" makers, Merck and Schering-Plough, were released that this was found out. Never mind that the trial was completed in April 2006, and results were not released until January 2008.

And it"s no wonder the drug companies wanted to hide these results.

While Zetia does lower cholesterol by 15 percent to 20 percent, trials did not show that it reduces heart attacks or strokes, or that it reduces plaques in arteries that can lead to heart problems.

The trial by the drugs" makers, which studied whether Zetia could reduce the growth of plaques, found that plaques grew nearly twice as fast in patients taking Zetia along with Zocor (Vytorin) than in those taking Zocor alone.[xxi]

Of course, the answer is not to turn back to typical statin drugs to lower your cholesterol, as many of the so-called experts would have you believe.

You see, statins are thought to have a beneficial effect on inflammation in your body, thereby lowering your risk of heart attack and stroke.

But you can lower inflammation in your body naturally, without risking any of the numerous side effects of statin drugs. This should also explain why my guidelines for lowering cholesterol are identical to those to lower inflammation.

For more in-depth information about cholesterol-lowering drugs, please see my recently updated statin drug index page.

How to Lower Inflammation, and Thereby Your Risk of Heart Disease, Naturally

There is a major misconception that you must avoid foods like eggs and saturated fat to protect your heart. While it"s true that fats from animal sources contain cholesterol, I"ve explained earlier in this article why this should not scare you -- but I"ll explain even further here.

This misguided principle is based on the "lipid hypothesis" -- developed in the 1950s by nutrition pioneer Ancel Keys -- that linked dietary fat to coronary heart disease.

The nutrition community of that time completely accepted the hypothesis, and encouraged the public to cut out butter, red meat, animal fats, eggs, dairy and other "artery clogging" fats from their diets -- a radical change at that time.

What you may not know is that when Keys published his analysis that claimed to prove the link between dietary fats and coronary heart disease, he selectively analyzed information from only six countries to prove his correlation, rather than comparing all the data available at the time -- from 22 countries.

As a result of this "cherry-picked" data, government health organizations began bombarding the public with advice that has contributed to the diabetes and obesity epidemics going on today: eat a low-fat diet.

Not surprisingly, numerous studies have actually shown that Keys" theory was wrong and saturated fats are healthy, including these studies from Fallon and Enig"s classic article The Skinny on Fats:[xxii]

A survey of South Carolina adults found no correlation of blood cholesterol levels with "bad" dietary habits, such as use of red meat, animal fats, fried foods, butter, eggs, whole milk, bacon, sausage and cheese.[xxiii]
A Medical Research Council survey showed that men eating butter ran half the risk of developing heart disease as those using margarine.[xxiv]
Of course, as Americans cut out nutritious animal fats from their diets, they were left hungry. So they began eating more processed grains, more vegetable oils, and more high-fructose corn syrup, all of which are nutritional disasters.

It is this latter type of diet that will eventually lead to increased inflammation, and therefore cholesterol, in your body. So don"t let anyone scare you away from saturated fat anymore.

Chronic inflammation is actually caused by a laundry list of items such as:

Oxidized cholesterol (cholesterol that has gone rancid, such as that from overcooked, scrambled eggs)
Eating lots of sugar and grains
Eating foods cooked at high temperatures
Eating trans fats
A sedentary lifestyle
Smoking
Emotional stress
So to sum it all up, in order to lower your inflammation and cholesterol levels naturally, you must address the items on this list.

How to Lower Your Cholesterol Naturally …

Make sure you"re getting plenty of high-quality, animal-based omega3-fats. I prefer those from krill oil. New research suggests that as little as 500 mg may lower your total cholesterol and triglycerides and will likely increase your HDL cholesterol.
Reduce, with the plan of eliminating, grains and sugars in your daily diet. It is especially important to eliminate dangerous sugars such as fructose. If your HDL/Cholesterol ratio is abnormal and needs to be improved it would also serve you well to virtually eliminate fruits from your diet, as that it also a source of fructose. Once your cholesterol improves you can gradually reintroduce it to levels that don"t raise your cholesterol.
Eat the right foods for your nutritional type. You can learn your nutritional type by taking our FREE test.
Eat a good portion of your food raw.
Eat healthy, preferably raw, fats that correspond to your nutritional type. This includes:
Olive oil
Coconut and coconut oil
Organic raw dairy products (including butter, cream, sour cream, cheese, etc.)
Avocados
Raw nuts
Seeds
Eggs (lightly cooked with yolks intact or raw)
Organic, grass-fed meats
Get the right amount of exercise, especially Peak Fitness type of exercise. When you exercise you increase your circulation and the blood flow throughout your body. The components of your immune system are also better circulated, which means your immune system has a better chance of fighting an illness before it has the opportunity to spread.
Avoid smoking and drinking excessive amounts of alcohol.
Address your emotional challenges. I particularly love the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for stress management.
So there you have it; the reasons why high cholesterol is a worry that many of you simply do not need to have, along with a simple plan to optimize yours.

If someone you love is currently taking cholesterol-lowering drugs, I urge you to share this information with them as well, and take advantage of the thousands of free pages of information on www.Mercola.com.

For the majority of you reading this right now, there"s no reason to risk your health with cholesterol-lowering drugs. With the plan I"ve just outlined, you"ll achieve the cholesterol levels you were meant to have, along with the very welcome "side effects" of increased energy, mood and mental clarity.

Too good to be true?

Hardly.

For the vast majority of people, making a few lifestyle changes causes healthy cholesterol levels to naturally occur.

As always, your health really is in your hands. Now it"s up to you to take control -- and shape it into something great.

A Guide to the World's Only Superpower

How many people have been killed since The Great Victory of '45 when the Nazis and the Empire of Japan were stomped flat, defeated unconditionally and the world was made safe for peace? Millions and Millions. Did they deserve what they got, like the Nazis and the Japs? Who killed them?

When I was in Grade One (1952-3), teachers began telling us children about the wonderful world that was unfolding because the United Nations had been set up to peacefully resolve issues. They didn't mention that the Korean War was raging. William Blum is the world's expert on this pastoral period, this bucolic idyll of peace and tranquility. Blum is a forceful critic of Washington's Empire which received the baton of world domination from the British Empire in 1945. Few others are aware of all the things that have been going on, and what they do know has been sanitized for consumption for citizens of the Empire, which is everyone whether they know and like it or not.

After 26 chapters of describing what you surely never suspected, Rogue State asks The Big Question.

CHAPTER 27 : A Day in the Life of a Free Country
The question is irresistibly upon us.
How do they get away with it?
How does the United States orchestrate economies, subvert democracy, overthrow sovereign nations, torture them, chemicalize them, biologize them, radiate them...all the less-than-nice things detailed in this book, often in the full glare of the international media, with the most stunning contradictions between word and deed...without being mercilessly condemned by the world's masses, by anyone with a social conscience, without being shunned like a leper? How, without American leaders being brought before international tribunals and charged with crimes against humanity?

You owe it to yourself to find out. I am not going to spill the beans here.

Invincible Smugness

© MMXI v.1.0.2
by Morley Evans

Hi Bill,

British Columbia has more libertarians than other Canadian provinces. I know most of them. Some think Barbara Amiel is a libertarian. B.C. has some west coast culture like California and no free-thinking survivalists like Idaho. I lived in Vancouver for three years. Saskatchewan is the home of Tommy Douglas. Here, people have been trained to think like good Soviet citizens. The ideal in Saskatchewan is to get a nice job working for the government. Job security and a lucrative pension are very important.

Americans believe in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness (or property). Canadians believe in peace, order and good government. Canadians suffer from invincible smugness. Canadians can see what is wrong with others, mostly Americans, but they cannot look in the mirror and see the same things about themselves. Canadians can see American shortcomings because Americans have pointed them out.

Some Americans can look in the mirror and say, "We need to fix that." Some Americans work hard to right wrongs. Some of the British are similar. Thomas Paine was an Englishman. Great Britain has a long line of social reformers. New Zealand and Australia have some people with a social conscience too. Many Canadians with a social conscience join the NDP and work assiduously to have the government take over everything. The Soviet Union and its neofeudalism is their ideal.

Like the United States of America, Canada enjoys a good reputation it does not deserve. Canada now has a majority Conservative government. The Prime Minister, Steven Harper, is a satrap of Washington's empire. He is a neocon. Like the U.S. Congress, Harper's first loyalty is to Israel. Québec stunned everyone a few weeks ago when everyone there voted NDP — for the very first time and possibly for the very last time. Quebeckers have done this before. They elected Diefenbaker and Mulroney by not voting Liberal. The NDP was as surprised as everyone else. The NDP won the lottery and became the Official Opposition. Quebecers have never forgotten that France was defeated in 1759 by the British Empire. They would vote this afternoon for independence. I think Québec could be the salvation of Canada. Québec is the reason Canada exists.

Québec? King George III told Québec to stick with Great Britain. He guaranteed their language, culture and religion. The King told Quebecers that they could not trust the Americans who talk about liberty but respect no one. George III told the Indians that North America was theirs and that the fur trade would continue as it had before in New France. He told the Americans to stay put on their side of the Proclamation Line: the Appalachians. You know what happened. It was the Anglo coterie in Montreal that broke the promise to Québec, not the King. They treated the French like unwanted guests in their own house. Canada was a colony of these people in Montréal who had colonized Québec. They became the Liberal Party of Canada. Canadians broke the promises made to Canadian Indians too. Canadian Indians have been treated worse than American Indians since 1900. Canadians are only now settling the treaties the Indians signed over a century ago. Most Canadians think Indians are welfare bums.

When the Parti Québécois won in 1976, Canada changed. The Anglos left Montréal and went to Toronto, which then became Canada's most important city. (Toronto always thought it was the most important city, of course.) The Liberal Party of Canada may be toast. It hasn't won west of Ontario for a long time, not since Trudeau. The Tories have now replaced the Liberals in Ontario and they hate the (federal) Liberals in Québec. The Parti Québécois may replace the Liberals in La belle province again. Separatism is alive and well. Canada may split or it may become a real federal country instead of a dictatorship run out of Ottawa that stays in power by playing Québec off against everyone else.

Some refugees who come to Canada are surprised that Canada is not what they thought it was, others get a government job and Canadians pat themselves on the back for being so nice. My ideal is life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I am an oddball.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY: This is just another propaganda exercise. Here are a few thoughts: Everything we know about this comes from the White House, the CIA and the Navy Seals themselves. Seventy-nine U.S. commandos swooped down in their helicopters on bin Ladin's "compound" and executed, Mafia style, an unarmed and defenseless bin Ladin, according to them. Then they took his body away and dumped it in the sea, according to them. It was all worth it, they claim, because they also took a "treasure trove" of intelligence exposing bin Ladin's world-wide Al Qaeda terrorist network. Don't you think bin Ladin, himself, was more valuable than anything else his killers could have found? What is much more likely is that bin Ladin was innocent of all charges and he was hiding afraid of being killed. That would have been exposed had he had a chance to talk and if he had had a trial. Was bin Laden innocent? Who knows? What you do know is that NOTHING said by the White House, the CIA and the U.S. military can be believed. That goes double for their mouthpieces in the media.

Think about this: If Washington decides to get rid of you, they can simply send some killers to bump you off. In fact, the Obama regime has already passed legislation that enables them to kill Americans (they could already "legally" kill other people). Washington is not different from any of the thugs they denounce. Most of the world's thugs work for them anyway. Why didn't they kill Castro, he doesn't work for Washington, does he? Even as an old man, Castro is more useful alive, than dead, so he does work for Washington. Castro is a very useful bogyman. Bin Ladin was more useful dead than alive — probably because he was innocent. Why are you safe? If you are safe, that is because like me you are not important. I can say anything I want because no one listens to me. I am useful too. They can say we have free speech and that we live in a democracy with laws that protect everyone equally.
